WTF is wrong with scales

I am super super annoyed today..... I am into week 4 of my diet and exercise regime and my scales have not budged. Not one nudge. I'm a bit disappointed, angry and all out deflated with that result at the moment. I went to spin today, I'm still limiting my carbs as well just incase if it does move I would not counteract the effects my gauging on chocolate or something naughty.

First week done!!!

Right, one week has gone, costume is paid off for so, the reality of the work that I have to do has sunk in. I managed 2 spin classes, body sculpt and running this week. I cannot believe how much pain I was in. My limbs are now mine again so I'm ready for week 2 :)

I spoke to my gym instructor last week and she advised that to see results in a few weeks, I should be adding more weight and interval training to my routine. She has done a schedule of planks, situps, pushing 50kg + leg press, squats lunges and 2min to 1min run/walk intervals on the treadmill and bike. I seriously need to think how I'm incorporating this into the classes that I'm doing. I will still like to get a run or 2 in for the week. I think its really time to consider some early morning runs. SIGH!!!
