Ever since I have been conscious of myself I have been overweight. I have always been the roundest girl out of my group of friends and never being able to fit in the latest styles. When I moved to London my weight ballooned to a whooping 17st (238+lbs) something and that dreaded obese category. I am now almost 3st (42lbs) down from that but I want to be more toned and lose a few more pounds.
I started my Weight Watchers journey about 5 weeks ago in preparation for a holiday in February that involves a skimpy costume. I weighed in at 15st 4lbs (214lbs). I've lost 8.5lbs so far. I have a passion for the gym, well spin and have also picked up the running bug. I am hoping that all these tools would get me to a reasonable goal weight for February and beyond. This will be account of my trials and tribulations during this journey.
